The security deposit we ask to hold is to cover any damage that may occur to the property, as we all know that accidents can occur. The security deposit may be used for (but not limited to) the costs of additional cleaning, replacement of damaged items or repair to the property, after hours call out fees and replacement of keys and/or remotes.

Your Security Deposit will be returned in full after the property has been checked after departure and there are no issues.  There is a $1,000 security deposit required for every booking.  This security deposit is held via a pre-authorisation of your credit card.
